Hi! My name is Kari Larson.

A Healthy Lifestyle Coach: here to help you find ways in your life to say Yes to being healthy, happy, and joyful!

I can’t wait to get to know you. In the meantime, here’s a little bit about me.

I am a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, nutrition enthusiast, essential oiler, crafting, healthy baker, and an eternal optimist!!

Thanks to an amazing relationship with my mom, I developed a lifelong passion for crafting and baking. Baking bread, cakes and desserts have always been my favorite. Because of a sugar sensitivity that made me say no to the things I love, I began a journey of exploring and trying to rehab my gut health. Wanting to saying yes to the foods I loved fueled my efforts to learn more about food and nutrition.

Around this time I also started pursuing a certification as a Pilates instructor. After earning all the pilates mat and equipment certifications, I realized how much I loved doing this work, so I started to pursue personal training. Driven by my goal to support all of my clients, I balanced a full time job, being a single mom of three and online coursework.

I have had plenty of my own health challenges and know first hand the importance of treating every person as an individual. Together we will find what works best for you, your body, and your lifestyle. There is no magic bullet or one size fits all and that’s why I’m here to help you stay the course or find your path.

Let’s work together as I come alongside you to help provide encouragement, support, and direction.
