7 Moves to Killer Abs

Follow along with me in these 7 great core strengthening moves. This workout can be done at any fitness level. The goal is to do as many of each exercise as you can with your best form, whether it's just two or three or a full set. If you complete a full set and need more of a challenge, then you can repeat that exercise for an additional 2-3 sets. Take about a 10 second rest between each set. Then, move on to the next exercise.
