Warm Up and Stretch!

Do you stretch? It’s always a good idea to warm up before your workout. Not only does it kick start your metabolism but it helps to prevent injury and lets your body know you are about to be moving it and using it. This video is a great series that you can use before a lift and workout or even just a great way to start or finish your day. So take 5 minutes and take care of you!
