Bug-Away Spray

Not only is this repellent easy to make, but it’s also all-natural and, therefore, allowing you to avoid the bad-for-you chemicals. Also, the nice 2 oz bottle size makes it easy to bring along with you anywhere. Just double or triple the recipe if you use a larger bottle. 

DIY Bug Spray:

½ and ½ Water and Vodka (or Witch Hazel)

5 Drops Lavender

3 Drops Peppermint

5 Drops Eucalyptus

5 Drops Lemongrass

3 Drops Thieves

5 Drops Purification

-Place all your drops of essential oils in your glass spray bottle.

-Fill the bottle halfway with water and then top it off with either vodka or witch hazel.

(Note: it is possible to make this with just the water if you don’t have either of the other two  ingredients handy)

-Swirl it around in the jar to blend prior to application.
