Foam Roller For Scapular Movement and Shoulder Depression

But there is one video in particular that I have found myself referring to with certain clients lately and that is this video on Mid /Upper back Scapular stability and strength. 

The first seven minutes of this video are particularly beneficial for many people I work with on a weekly basis. 

Yet, in order to build and strengthen the mind-body connection for scapular movement it is necessary for many individuals  to have a variety of ways to access and attempt the movements of scapular retraction and depression.
