Follow this short dynamic series for a full body warm-up or cardio workout. It's just 5 simple movements that you can repeat 5 times or more depending on how much of a full mini workout you want to make it. My recommendation is 3-5 times for a pre workout cardio warmup and 5+ times for a great mini workout that you can finish in about 20 minutes.
